Let’s see… where do I start?? Well, since I last updated, I have spent a year at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. It was a fantastic experience. I made great friends, learned from incredibly talented and knowledgeable chef instructors, and got to make some food that I never thought I’d be able to make. For anyone interested in the natural food industry, this is the place to be. I finished the program with an internship at Millenium Restaurant. Have you all been to Millennium? You should go. Now. It’s awesome. And the internship was amazing – what a great place to work. There will surely be a post all about it in the near future.

Needless to say, I’ve been VERY busy cooking. I’ve also done a lot of eating. There have certainly been moments where I think about things other than food, but in all honesty they’ve been few and far between. I’m not exactly sure where this will all lead, but I’ll make sure to let you all know!
